Travel Spanish: Asynchronous Canvas Course + Live Conversation Practice
Planning a trip to a Spanish-speaking destination? Travel Spanish is a beginner-friendly course designed to help you build the practical Spanish skills and confidence you need to communicate while traveling—no previous Spanish experience required!
Course Format
You can register and pay for the course now, and your learning experience will officially begin when the Canvas course launches on September 21.
The Canvas portion of the course is fully asynchronous, which means you can work through lessons, activities, vocabulary, and practice exercises at your own pace and on your own schedule.
You’ll learn practical Spanish for real-world travel situations, including airports and transportation, hotels and accommodations, restaurants, shopping, directions, everyday conversations, emergencies, and more.
Four Live Virtual Practice Sessions
In addition to the asynchronous Canvas course, your registration includes four virtual conversation practice sessions in October. These sessions are designed to help you put what you’re learning into practice through guided conversations and realistic travel scenarios.
Mondays: October 5, 12, 19 & 26
5:00–6:30 PM PT
7:00–8:30 PM CT
8:00–9:30 PM ET
During our live sessions, you’ll have the opportunity to practice speaking, ask questions, work through common travel scenarios, and build your confidence in a supportive environment.
